Meet the Iron & Grace Family
Hollie Walton | Co-Owner & The One Behind the Operations
Hollie is the creative and operational side of Iron & Grace. From developing new drinks and seasonal menu items to managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking finances, and making sure everything inside the trailer is organized and ready to go, she's constantly working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
When it comes to the trailer itself, Hollie is the one focused on what happens inside. Making sure products are stocked, systems are in place, equipment is ready, and everything has its place is what keeps Iron & Grace operating efficiently from event to event. If it's organized, labeled, inventoried, or color-coded, there's a good chance it was Hollie's idea. 😂
She's also a mom to two boys, Calan and Cooper, and one of her favorite parts of owning Iron & Grace is getting to bring them along for the adventure. She loves showing them what hard work, faith, and perseverance look like while creating memories together along the way.

Fun Fact: She can organize an entire trailer in a day but still has 37 tabs open on her computer. 🤣
Shane Small | Co-Owner & The One Who Keeps It Rolling
Shane is the guy who keeps Iron & Grace moving. From towing the trailer and handling setup to maintenance, repairs, and all the behind-the-scenes logistics, he's always making sure everything is where it needs to be and working the way it should.
If you've met Shane, you know he never meets a stranger. He's the outgoing one who can make anyone laugh, strike up a conversation with just about anyone, and make every event feel a little more fun.
One of his favorite parts of Iron & Grace is getting to share the experience with his family. His daughter often helps work the trailer alongside Hollie, making Iron & Grace a true family operation.
Favorite Drink: Tropical Cream Lemonade 🍋🌴
Fun Fact: Shane can walk into an event knowing nobody and leave with 20 new friends by the end of the day. 😂
Makayla Richardson | The One Who Keeps Our Calendar Full
Makayla is Hollie's sister-in-law and the marketing and event coordinator behind Iron & Grace. She's the one working behind the scenes to book events, coordinate schedules, and find new opportunities for the trailer to serve our community. If you've seen us at a festival, fundraiser, market, or special event, there's a good chance Makayla helped make it happen.
Makayla is a stay-at-home mom to two wonderful kids, Jax and Jayde, and absolutely adores her husband, who works in the oilfield and spends time away from home for work. While raising her kids keeps her busy, she loves having Iron & Grace as an outlet where she can stay involved in the community, build relationships, and help grow something she believes in.
She's always making connections, finding opportunities, and working to keep our calendar full. Her dedication and support have played a huge role in helping Iron & Grace continue to grow and reach new communities.
Favorite Drink: Strawberry Cheesecake Sprite 🍓🥤
Fun Fact: Makayla usually knows where the trailer is going next before everyone else does—except Hollie. Those two are probably already talking about it. 😂
Haylinn Charles | The One Who Jumps In Anywhere
Haylinn is Shane's daughter and one of Iron & Grace's biggest supporters. Long before the trailer was serving drinks, she was helping build it. From the trailer build-out to event setup, stocking supplies, helping customers, and everything in between, Haylinn has never been afraid to jump in and help wherever she's needed.
When she's not helping at the trailer, Haylinn stays busy playing just about every sport imaginable. Between practices, games, tournaments, and a packed schedule, life can get pretty hectic, but she always finds a way to make time for Iron & Grace.
Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help with whatever needs to be done make her an important part of our team. Whether it's a big project or a small task, Haylinn is usually one of the first people ready to lend a hand.
Favorite Drink: Blue Cream 🩵🥤 ...or whatever new piña colada concoction she's created that week. She's not very picky. 😂
Fun Fact: If you can't find Haylinn, she's probably helping someone with something. ❤️
Addison McConathy | The One Keeping Hollie Sane
Addison works at both Iron & Grace and Twisted Nutrition and has become an essential part of our team. Whether she's serving customers, helping with day-to-day operations, or jumping into a busy shift without missing a beat, she brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic everywhere she goes.
Addison is someone we trust completely. She's dependable, eager to learn, and always willing to take on new responsibilities. Her calm personality and ability to handle whatever the day throws at her make her a huge asset to both businesses.
While everyone on the team has their own role, Addison has become the person Hollie can count on when things get busy. She's helped carry the load through long days, busy events, and everything in between, making life a whole lot easier along the way.
